We have made the process of getting you into a fully-functioning store as simple as possible, by providing you with all the tools you need to get up and running as quickly as possible. Our inclusive training, both at our facility in Lafayette, Louisiana and the in-store training you’ll receive from a dedicated Development Specialist, will give you the tools you need to run a successful store.
Once we receive your application, a member of our Franchise Development team will reach out to you to schedule a Phone Discovery Meeting, to answer any questions you may have about this process. Once your Phone Discovery Meeting is complete, our Development Specialists will email you additional forms to be completed. Please note that until we receive these documents back, we cannot proceed onto the next step of the franchise process.
Once we have received and reviewed your submission, a member of our Franchise Development team will email you our Franchise Disclosure Document, or FDD. The FDD will provide a more in-depth look at our company’s financials and business model. At this point, we will also arrange for a time for you to speak with a member of our executive management, to answer any questions you may have regarding the FDD. After your questions have been answered, we will set a meeting for our final review.
At this meeting, all members of our executive management will be present, to introduce who you will potentially be working with, their roles, and to answer any questions you may have regarding this. They will go over different aspects of the franchise process with you, setting what their expectations will be, and determining what your goals are in opening an In & Out Smart Repair franchise location.
Upon approval, you will sign the franchise agreement and remit payment. Congratulations, you are now going to open your own In & Out Smart Repair location!
Our Franchise Development team will work closely with you to help you find and secure a location that is mutually agreed upon as meeting the standard for a successful In & Out Smart Repair location.
We will provide you with job descriptions, interview questions, and more to help ensure you hire the right type of person to staff your location.
We will provide you with a comprehensive list of what to order from our approved vendors for every step of the set up process, so that you know exactly how to proceed in working to get your store up and running.
Your classroom training will be held in our training facility in Lafayette, LA, with additional training provided on site by a highly qualified Franchise Development Specialist. All new franchisees can rest assured that they will be given the necessary tools to successfully operate their new store.
We make sure your buildout goes smoothly, with very little required of you to actually do. We provide a company who will handle most aspects of your buildout for you, ensuring that your store has the quality look and feel that In & Out Smart Repair is known for.
Our marketing team will work with you on getting the most out of your Grand Opening, providing you with techniques we know to be effective in creating business opportunities for your new store.
